A Chef's Knife is the most important knife to have in your kitchen. It s primarily useful for chopping, the pointed tip allows it to work for smaller tasks as well, such a coring an apple. Ours has an eight inch blade and an overall length of 13". The handle is shaped by hand for a comfortable hold.
